I ordered custom dad hats for our family reunion and they were a hit. I was a little worried about how our small logo details would look embroidered, but they actually came out very clear. A couple of the hats had some loose thread around the inside stitching, nothing major and I trimmed it in a few seconds. Overall they looked great in photos and everyone ended up taking theirs home.
The PVC patch came out surprisingly detailed. Our club logo has a few small elements and I wasn't sure how they would translate onto a hat, but the final result looks sharp. Definitely ordering more next season.
