Custom Orders

Because each hat is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Please carefully review your design and order details before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or correct the item at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [support@ohmyhats.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will begin processing your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm the return.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., your credit card, PayPal, or other payment platforms), and the refund amount will be returned to your original payment source.

Refund Timeframe

  • After the refund is issued, your bank or payment platform may take 3-7 business days to process and transfer the funds to your account. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it.

Non-Custom Items

If we offer non-custom items in the future, they may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
