As all products are custom-made, full payment is required after artwork approval and before production begins.
The displayed product price represents the base price shown on the product page. Any optional customization upgrades are clearly shown and selected before checkout.

Any additional costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before payment is completed.

Pricing & Fees

Product prices displayed on our website include production costs and standard international shipping.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

There are no hidden fees charged by OhMyHats.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable according to our Return & Refund Policy, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
